This degree is structured around communication skills in two foreign languages (English and French or German) and mastery of the native language; an understanding of the culture history and society of the source language countries; the development of professional skills, and knowledge of the specialist fields in which translators and interpreters work. The program includes two compulsory courses on literary translation.
