The Finnish Association of Translators and Interpreters and its literary translators’ section organizes courses to translators already established in their careers. These courses are held both in Finland and sometimes in residencies in other European countries. The last “master course” started in November 2012 and ended in May 2013. Unfortunately, as the Association’s activities are mainly run by volunteers and the resources are fairly limited, these courses cannot be held regularly despite the demand.
