Besides our Department where French, Spanish and Portuguese languages and literatures are tought, there are also English, Italian, Russian and German Departments.
As far as French Translation MA programme is concerned, our students have two optional courses in literary translation, and some important theoretical issues concerning the literary translation are also discussed at different other - theoretical and obligatory - courses (Theories de la traduction, Theories et poetiques contemporaines de la traduction). Students have the possibility to write their master thesis in the field of literary translation (translation and analysis), which they often do.
